Thanksgiving Cooking
This year for Thanksgiving dinner, I was given the task of preparing a green bean side dish. Not being a fan of green bean casserole, I decided to try two (one vegetarian, one not) new dishes.
The vegetarian one is Garlicky Green Beans. Which is green beans sauteed ini garlic, olive oil, parsley (though I don’t think I have any parsley), salt and pepper. Ok, sounds a little boring but oh well.
The non-vegetarian dish is bundles of green beans wrapped in bacon and roasted. I would have never thought to combine green beans and bacon, but it got good reviews online…
